This is the organization's "birth certificate." The assembly secretary drafts it, and it is signed by the assembly president and secretary, plus all founding members. It is the main document the Chamber of Commerce requires.

If something goes wrong: complaint lines

  • If your grid operator does not comply with the CREG 101 072 compensation obligations: file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Servicios Publicos Domiciliarios (the public utilities regulator).
  • If you have problems with the cooperative that cannot be resolved internally: consult the nearest Conciliation Center or the Municipal Ombudsman.

This playbook is a living tool. It is updated as laws change, experiences accumulate, and new communities find better ways of doing things.

Remember: the sun rises for everyone. Your community has the right and the ability to turn that light into electricity, into savings, into employment, and into a cleaner future. The only thing missing is taking the first step.
